When you contact us, we use the details you provide to respond, discuss your project and take steps towards a potential contract. The form sends your enquiry to our configured business email address. The Onset Contact plugin does not keep a separate database of enquiry messages. If email logging is enabled in an SMTP plugin, it may keep a copy of the message in the website database; access and retention depend on the configured logging settings.
Please avoid including sensitive information, pupil details or information about children in an enquiry.
Technical information and spam protection
The contact plugin temporarily keeps a salted, hashed identifier derived from your IP address to limit repeated submissions. It expires after 15 minutes. Hosting and email providers may also process technical logs or message information according to their arrangements with us.

This theme and contact plugin do not add advertising or analytics cookies. WordPress may use necessary cookies for login and comments, depending on which features are enabled. Any additional analytics or third-party services must be covered by this notice and the consent arrangements that apply to them.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and any resulting project, subject to our business retention policy.
